Awatea means new beginnings and that is exactly what this place has been for Alison, a new life in beautiful Kaikoura, where the mountains meet the sea. She belongs to the Lions Club of Seaward Kaikoura, a group of amazing women who achieve great things through teamwork, but has time to spend with her family who live in Nelson and near Rangiora.
