While at Awatea, guests will have access to one of four large guest bedrooms. Each room is fitted with its own private bathroom, outdoor access, flat screen TV, and unlimited Wifi. Shared amenities such as the outdoor patio and BBQ, and indoor lounge and dining area are also available to guests during their stay. Father and son hosts, Kevin and Liam Brown, greet guests with a smile and are happy to assist in helping guests plan their time and activities in Kaikoura.

Awatea offers a delicious continental style breakfast complete with farm fresh eggs, bacon, fruit salad, yogurt, and a variety of different cereals and muesli. It is a meal guaranteed to fill you up for whatever day lies ahead. Special dietary requirements can be attended to if we are notified in advance.
Tea and coffee will also be freely provided during your stay, while beer and wine are available for purchase.
